Schedule an Intro

Your first step to getting started is to schedule an appointment for your “Introduction to CrossFit” class. You can schedule this by calling 949-297-4927 or sending an email to info@crossfiti5.com. One of our team members will schedule an appointment for you to  meet with one of our coaches to go over your intro session.

The “Introduction to CrossFit” session is a one on one coaching experience that all of our students go through prior to enrolling into classes. During this session you will hear about the history of CrossFit, get a better understanding of our community, tour our facility and receive a sample workout. This Intro Session will also allow us to become more familiar with what you are looking to accomplish and how we can best service your needs. Once your Intro session is completed we can discuss the enrollment options that best meet your goals and expectation. This is an interactive appointment. We want you to be involved and ask questions.

This appointment will help you get a better understanding of what we do. We want you to make sure this is the program you are looking for.

CrossFit I-5 is a results driven, high energy and competitive fitness academy that is committed to the growth of its students. We are focused on moving towards the goals, growth and development of the individual as well as the community. Our group classes are designed to be fun, challenging and competitive. We are here to help improve your levels and ideas of fitness.
